The tournament, which is the first major esports event in Brunei this year, is organised by Times Square Shopping Centre in collaboration with BruGames Management Services and local computer store Netcom Computer House – the latter being the liaising bridge for the events major sponsor, Hyper X.
Players and other gaming enthusiasts can expect high level play from some of the best teams in Brunei by catching the event at the venue itself or tune into their livestream through BruGames’ Facebook page, with special commentary by Brunei’s very own elite CSGO gamer, Ambrosine, who was recently announced as the official caster throughout the three-day event.
The event is open to public participation, and that Netcom has lined up activities for winners to walk away with big prizes from Hyper X and other brands exclusively.
The local computer store has also hinted at the debut of one of Hyper X’s new products as well as a dedicated demo area for customers to try out the products before taking the PC gaming peripheral dive.
