Bruneian IT company Concepts Technologies has been awarded the 2018 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for Brunei.
The award honours Microsoft’s partners at the country level that have demonstrated business excellence in delivering Microsoft solutions to multiple customers over the past year.
Microsoft in a statement said that the award recognises Concepts Technologies as succeeding in effective engagement with its local Microsoft office while showcasing innovation and business impact, driving customer satisfaction, and winning new customers.
“Concepts Technologies has distinguished itself as a top partner, exemplifying the remarkable expertise and innovation we see in our Microsoft partner community to deliver transformative solutions,” said Gavriella Schuster, corporate vice president, One Commercial Partner, Microsoft Corp.
The Awards were presented in several categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 2,600 entrants from 115 countries worldwide.
“This past year has proven to be a challenging one in terms of business due to many factors especially across the Small Medium Enterprises market, said Concepts Group General Manager Vincent Pao.
“However, with the consistent support from Microsoft, true confidence from our partners and the trust that the end customers have in us, we have managed to pull through and deliver,” Pao added.
Microsoft Brunei Darussalam Country Manager Afif Mohamed Ali said Concepts has showcased the extraordinary commitment towards driving digital transformation in Brunei.
“Microsoft has always been a partner-led company, and this ecosystem drives local economies and creates massive growth.”
