The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are officially available in Brunei!

As Apple’s certified carrier in the sultanate, DST is introducing bundle plans for the new iPhones exclusively for its subscribers.

The postpaid bundles include various monthly subscriptions tied with upfront payments for the handsets, e.g. a 64GB iPhone 8 with a B$440 upfront payment is bundled with an B$85 monthly subscription for 24 months on top of free 9GB monthly data.

Meanwhile, you can choose to pay upfront B$648 for a 64GB iPhone 8 Plus if you opt for the B$85 monthly postpaid subscription, along with 9GB free data.

Customers can also purchase an iPhone 8 or 8 Plus through DST without a contract.

THe bundle plans were launched this morning exclusively at DST’s Airport Mall branch for three days and will be available at all other branches except Rimba and Temburong branch starting Monday, November 6.

The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are Apple’s latest flagships announced in September this year, featuring an all-new A11 processor, glass back design, true-tone display, wireless charging, and a new camera software feature called Portrait Lighting (on the iPhone 8 Plus).

The built-in cameras are also greatly improved, having recently achieved a high DXOMark ranking of 92, up from 85 on the previous generation.
