Progresif today announced a new website that places greater focus on content.
The company’s revamped website (www.progresif.com) features in-depth coverage of all Progresif news, local happenings and developments in global technology.
Visitors can find a wide variety of articles on the company’s four CSR pillars: Arts & Culture, Environment, Education and Entrepreneurship. The site also features in-depth coverage of the latest technology, local events and profile stories of progressive-minded people in Brunei.
Readers will also be able to access content that the company’s quarterly magazine has featured since 2015.
The telco said the website merges its strategy of content development and customer care, “delivered on a purpose-built web platform with a roadmap for future development to facilitate greater customer service and e-commerce capabilities”.
The company added that the new portal was intuitively designed to balance form and function for both readers and customers that want to explore Progresif content, products and services.
Apart from content, the new website will also integrate a highly functional customer service platform and help with some elements of business process automation.
Customers can also register for the new Progresif e-Bill on the website, so they can enjoy the convenience of receiving their bills through their email.
Progresif said this functionality will soon be expanded to a full account management suite where customers are able to view their account balances, pay bills or buy top-up plans.
