DST has partnered with Malaysian company Media Prima Berhad to bring tonton to Brunei exclusively for its subscribers.

tonton is one of Malaysia’s largest video streaming services offering the latest and popular Malaysian, Asian and international channels and programmes.

This is DST’s second streaming service offering following iFlix which was launched October last year. The telco said tonton “adds on to their exciting libary of value added services”.

Among its most popular programmes include the top-rated drama Ku Kirim Cinta and Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian.

Chinese and Korean programmes are also available through the service.

DST postpaid and prepaid subscribers can access tonton via a monthly subscription fee of B$2 with automatic renewal as long as they continue to opt-in for the service. Data charges apply.

The new service was officially launched with a signing of agreement ceremony between DST’s Deputy CEO Hj Marsad Hj Ismail and Media Prima Berhad Director Airin Zainul. The event took place at the DST Easi 18th Anniversary Mini Carnival at Jerudong Park Amphitheatre Saturday.
