IT store Concepts Computer has partnered with D-link to distribute networking products from the Taiwanese brand into Brunei.
Through this partnership, Concepts Computer will carry a wide range of D-link networking solutions from network routers to IP cameras at its stores, as well as provide consultation and after-sales service to D-link customers.
D-Link is one of the world’s biggest suppliers of networking products. Among its popular products include the D-Link AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender, the DCS-5030L HD Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Day/Night Camera and the D-Link AC5300 Tri-Band Wireless Router.
While D-link-branded products have been available in the country for some time, this is a first for a local IT store to link up with the Taiwanese company as part of strengthening the brand’s presence here.
Both Concepts Computer’s general manager Vincent Pao and the president of D-Link International Pte Ltd Jacky Chang solidified the partnership at the retail store in Kiulap this morning before introducing D-link’s range of networking solutions to invited guests at the signing event.
Pao said that the partnership has given his company a confidence boost towards meeting the increasing demands of network solutions in Brunei, particularly among home consumers and small to midsized businesses.
Concepts Computer’s marketing executive Zul Abdul Rahman said that the firm’s alliance with D-Link further expands its product range to network solutions.
The store is the country’s largest distributor of Acer personal computers. It is also a distributor of Epson printers, licensed Microsoft software, Logitech PC accessories and APC-branded UPS systems.
