Dona Eldeyana Johan, DST Group Marketing and Loyalty and chair of the event, said in a statement that the support DST received over the past 22 years has been overwhelming.
“We have to work harder each year to make sure we can continue to be the best lifestyle provider for Brunei,” she said.
Dona said the “DSTku” theme is significant with DST’s concept of lifestyle provider.
“The theme of “DSTku” for this year’s anniversary is also signficant with the concept of lifestyle provider as we are not just a mobile service provider as we cater to various lifestyles.
“This is evident not only in our products and services and promotions but also the activities and events we celebrate with our customers,” she added.
Dona said holding the company’s anniversary celebration on the weekend was timely for DST. “We could spread much of the appreciation and love to our customers and loyal supporters over two days in various ways.”
“While we appreciated customers at our counters yesterday by rewarding for their support, today’s appreciation is set in a more relaxed and family-friendly setting.
“The appreciation comes through the activities we can organise so that they can participate for free and win prizes at the same time,” said the DST official.
Dona added, “ Building relationships with our customers face to face is a good way to get to know them intimately and (find out) what they think about us.”
She said that the start of DSTku will extend to many of DST’s exciting line up of events this year exclusively for its customers.
Established in 1995, DST has been a service provider in mobile, broadband services, pay TV and radio services to customers nationwide.
